The vacuum vibration dryer fluidizes bulk materials through vibration and dries them by contact with the heat transfer surface of the jacket structure. The amplitude is up to 3mm. There are no stirring blades or other devices inside, so contamination does not occur, and the cleaning capability is excellent. There is a horizontal type suitable for large capacities and a vertical type suitable for small quantities and various products. By using an air spring system for the springs, it is possible to create a downward slope during discharge, thereby reducing the discharge time.
